Chef Furat Altawil’s specialties originated throughout the decade he spent in Spain taking in the Spanish culture and cooking methodologies, he attend few culinary schools from school craft, CIA New York City Culinary School and graduate as honor student from AI international of Michigan, and professional experience as Head Chef in several Southeast Michigan country clubs and high-end hotels. Private Chef Services
Full-Service Catering & Private Dining Experience
Allow our team to do the work while you host and enjoy your event. Our Prime Catering team will arrive to your event location 1-2 hours before guests' arrival to set-up equipment needed for services. We stay throughout your event to serve, replenish, and clean-up.
Imagine a view of Las Ramblas as your guests arrive to a night of paella, fajitas, and tacos among others. Our Authentic Latino menu and design will keep you and your guests coming back for more!
We will work together to develop the event of a lifetime with a customized cocktail hour consisting of charcuterie, a variety of salads, finger foods, and more!
Full service is recommended for 50+ guests. Private Dinning Experiences will include a customized 5-7 course menu designed by you and our Chef.

Drop-Off Services for your Event
For smaller events that don't require full service, we offer drop-off services to your location of choice. We will work together to create a dining experience for your event, securely packaged and presented, without the amenities of full-service catering, the vibrant flavors of our specialties will be sure to WOW you and your guests.
